..haven't really kicked on this season...

Laird - stop, start.  Hasn't really developed

Fuisini - as above

Grimes - Hasn't even been near.  High hopes this time last season but can't see him forcing his way in.

Grabban - Really can't see him being around at the start of next season.

There has been so few reserve games i wonder how much this has prevented these players and some of the Youth players really pushing on.  The whole Dartford/Reserve thing hasn't really had a chance to work.  There must have only been 3 reserve games this year?

I was thinking this the other day. There is 2 sides to it though.

On one side, players like Grimes haven't even been near the first team due to an improved first team and some decent loan signings meaning that they have been pushed down to 4th and 5th choice.

On the other side, players like Fuseini and Grabban have played poorly in the games that they've been given their chance in and have lost their place to players who have taken their chance (annoying as I consider Fuseini one of our best players potentially)

Can't really complain though, as our team has improved massively this year without the aid of our youth team players, but they still have the chance to come through next season and play their part.

TBH i think it could be down to Jackets consistent signings this year. Ali was fantastic at the start of the season.
